German international kitchen specialists are responsible for running and organizing the operations of a large kitchen. A qualified, well-trained specialist can take on high-level positions in the gastronomy industry with leadership responsibilities such as in the position of a banquet manager.

- Accounting (120 TU)
- Company leadership (120 TU)
Specific operational qualification - 600 Teaching Units
- Leading and challenging colleagues (100 TU)
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of procedures (100 TU)
- Acquisition and care of materials (100 TU)
- Use of knowledge of food technology and nutritional sciences (200 TU)
- Advising guests and marketing products (100 TU)
Prerequisites
Business-related qualification
- Successful completion of a relevant course of vocational training followed by one year of work experience
- Or successful completion of a different course of vocational training followed by two years of work experience
- Or at least four years of work experience
Specific operational qualification
- Successful completion of testing in the "Business-related qualification"
- An additional year of work experience above and beyond the requirements named above in paragraphs 1 and 2
- Or an additional two years of work experience above and beyond the requirements named above in paragraph 3
